Make an impact at West Coast Reduction Ltd. as a permanent Journeyperson Heavy Duty Mechanic in Calgary. This role is centered on maintaining our transport fleet, playing a critical role in operations. As a Heavy Duty Mechanic at West Coast Reduction, you will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing commercial trucks and trailers.

You’ll contribute to environmental sustainability while ensuring the efficiency of our fleet. This position also includes mentoring current apprentices to cultivate their skills. Key Responsibilities:
Inspect motors in operation and perform road tests
Diagnose faults in preventative maintenance services
Repair or replace parts on company fleet equipment
Review work orders and sign off on completed repairs
Maintain a tidy and organized workshop workplace Requirements:
Valid Heavy Duty Mechanic Certificate or Red Seal
Class 3 Driver’s Licence with air brakes
Experience in truck repair or relevant industry
Ability to interpret work diagrams and manuals
