Our family-run bakery in Scarborough is looking for a mixer operator to join our team. If you're experienced, reliable, and take pride in your work, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
Accurately weigh ingredients according to recipes and mix dough to the right consistency
Handle the full production process, including proofing, shaping, and baking
Check finished products to make sure appearance, taste, and portion size meet our standards
Record daily production quantities and track ingredient usage and inventory
Keep the work area clean and follow food safety guidelines

Requirements:
Bakery or baking experience is an asset
Pastry experience
Ability to speak Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus
Available for early morning and weekend shifts
Detail-oriented, dependable, and a good team player
