ProjectThe Woodfibre LNG Project is located approximately 7 km west-southwest of Squamish, British Columbia. It involves the construction and operation of a liquefied natural gas (LNG) export facility on the previous Woodfibre pulp mill site, which would have a storage capacity of 250,000 m3 and would produce approximately 2.1 million tons per year of LNG.Woodfibre Management Ltd. is a privately held Canadian company based in Vancouver and a subsidiary of Pacific Energy Corporation Limited.PositionThe Materials & Logistics Coordinator is an integral part of Woodfibre LNG's dynamic team. The role reports to the Maintenance Manager and will be is responsible for coordinating procurement execution, materials logistics, and supply chain activities required to support protected and reliable site operations. The role serves as the key interface between Maintenance, Operations, Projects, Procurement, Warehouse, and external suppliers to ensure materials, equipment, and services are available when required.The position supports operational readiness, maintenance execution, and Turnaround events by coordinating procurement activities, transportation, expediting, inventory requirements, and logistics planning.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate procurement activities for operational materials, spare parts, consumables, and servicesSupport Procurement & SCM processes including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, expediting, and supplier communicationSupport the develop and implementation of Procurement & Logistics operating model required to support Operations readiness and long-term asset reliabilitySupport the development of supply chain strategies, standards, procedures, and governance frameworks aligned with industry best practicesTrack critical and long-lead materials to ensure availability for maintenance and operational requirementsSupport procurement strategies for, Operating spares, Two-year operating spares, Critical equipment Chemicals and consumables & Maintenance materialsEnsure material requirements are aligned with maintenance plans,



projects, and operational prioritiesLogistics & Transportation Management. Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities including Marine transportation, Trucking, Freight services Expedited shipments, Contractor logisticsDevelop logistics plans supporting routine operations, maintenance activities, and emergency requirementsCoordinate movement of materials between suppliers, warehouses, laydown areas, and site locationsSupport customs, import/export, and Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) requirements where applicableMonitor shipment status and proactively resolve delivery issuesSupport warehouse operations including receiving, inspection, storage, and issuing of materialsCoordinate material staging and kitting activities for maintenance work and TurnaroundsSupport optimization of inventory levels and material availabilitySupport Turnaround planning and execution through procurement and logistics coordinationEnsure critical materials, equipment, and services are available prior to executionCoordinate material readiness reviews, expedited shipments, Contractor requirements, temporary logistics requirementsSCM interface for Turnaround readiness meetings and execution support activitiesSupport purchase order tracking, goods receipt, inventory movements, and reportingLiaison for contractor management. Coordinate communication with suppliers, vendors, and logistics providersMonitor supplier performance related to delivery, quality, and responsivenessEnsure logistics activities comply with applicable BC regulations and site proceduresSupport continuous improvement initiatives focused on Cost reduction, Material availability,



Process efficiency, Supply chain reliabilityRequirementsDiploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering Technology, or related discipline5+ years of experience in procurement, materials management, logistics, or supply chain within oil & gas, LNG, mining, or heavy industry5+ years' Experience with SAP (Hanna) or similar ERP systemsProficient in Navisworks, Aconex, Share Point, Borealis, Autocad is an assetExperience coordinating suppliers, contractors, and logistics providersExperience supporting maintenance activities, projects, or TurnaroundsKnowledge of inventory management, warehousing, and transportation processesAdditional RequirementsExperience working with large multi-disciplinary teams and contractors in a multicultural environment is an assetCommunication/interpersonal skills - interacting with front-line workers through to management and all hierarchical levelsAbility to be Innovative and vision-oriented with demonstrated ability to undertake strategic planning and implementationAbility to work well under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and change priorities within tight time framesAbility to work collaboratively within a team environmentMotivated and willing to take ownership of tasksEnergetic in pursuit of continuous improvement processesShares knowledge readily and encourages personal developmentA valid driver's license and passportMust be legally entitled to work in CanadaThe position is primarily site-based in Squamish, BC (Project Site), with an initial stay period at the Vancouver Office, and involves a combination of indoor warehouse and outdoor yard work, potential exposure to heavy equipment, industrial noise, and varying weather conditions, and may require extended working hours depending on operational needsOnly qualified candidates legally entitled to work in Canada will be contacted.Woodfibre Management Ltd. is an equal opportunity employer.BenefitsSalary range: CAD 85,000 - 100,000 /yr
