Your responsibilities will include:Communicating with residents, owners, condominium boards, and contractorsCoordinating maintenance requests and following up on outstanding itemsHelping prepare reports, correspondence, meeting materials, and property documentationSupporting day-to-day condominium and property operationsAttending site visits and gaining exposure to different communitiesLearning the processes involved in managing your own portfolioTaking on more responsibility as your experience and licensing progressYou could be a great fit if you:Have 1–3 years of experience in administration, customer service, office coordination, or a similar roleEnjoy working with people and solving day-to-day problemsAre organized and comfortable managing competing prioritiesCommunicate professionally by phone, email, and in personAre comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel,
