Customs Cargo Control Documents).Analyze operational trends and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and international trade regulations.What We're Looking ForMinimum5-7years oflogisticsexperience, ideally in a 3PL or 4PL setting.Experience with international shipments, controlled goods, or ITAR environments is strongly preferred.Solid business acumen and a service-first mindset.CCS, CITT, or PLOG certification is an asset.Excellent communication and multitasking skills.Willingness to work flexible schedule, including weekends/stat holidays as needed.Who Should Not ApplyThis role is not suitable for candidates with only warehouse, forklift, or retail experience.
