First Student is hiring for an Operations Supervisor on a 12 Month contract in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. You will supervise day-to-day operations of our bus fleet and coordinate maintenance and fueling to keep routes on time.
The role requires 3–5 years of experience in transportation, robust supervisory and communication skills, and solid computer skills. You may interact with drivers, school officials, and Location Managers to ensure routes meet state, local, and vendor requirements.
