As an LPN Medication Nurse, you provide licensed nursing support through protected medication administration, health monitoring, and accurate clinical documentation.What You’ll Do:• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders• Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration• Document in MAR/TAR accurately and in real time• Monitor symptoms and administer medications as ordered for symptom relief• Report refusals or adverse reactions promptly• Conduct Service & Health Updates (SHUs)• Transcribe physician orders and support care plan updates• Observe and report physical, emotional,
