This is a great opportunity to inherit an established book of clients while driving new business growth in a supportive, specialist workplace.We're open to different levels of experience, whether you're an established Account Executive or ready to step up from a Handler/Broking role, we want to hear from you.What You'll Be DoingManage and develop an inherited portfolio of commercial clientsBuild strong, long-term relationships through regular contact, review meetings and proactive adviceWork closely with our broking and handling team to deliver high-quality service and technically sound insurance solutionsDrive new business, identify opportunities within your network and the local market, follow up on leads and support wider growth initiativesPlace and negotiate commercial insurance programmes, liaising with key insurer partners to secure the right cover and terms for clientsAbout YouWe're flexible on exact level, but you'll bring:Experience in commercial insurance (broker or insurer side), ideally with exposure to a mix of sectors such as construction, property owners and landlords, and manufacturing and motor tradeConfidence engaging with clients, building rapport and explaining insurance clearly and professionallyStrong organisational skills, with the ability to manage a varied workload and take ownership of your accountsA proactive,



commercial mindset, comfortable with new business and growth expectations as part of the roleProgress towards professional qualifications (e.G.
