Primary Location: CA - Mississauga, ON - 5090 ExplorerCompensation: CAD 135,000 - CAD 185,000 - yearlyJob DescriptionResponsibilities:Engage stakeholders and establish their respective ORAT workstream and working groups.Develop the respective Workstream plan in line with the ORAT program and in close collaboration with stakeholder SPOCs.Identify dependencies, key status and review milestones in line with the ORAT countdown schedule.Manage the resolution of all Workstream related issues, identify and elevate any threats to the overall ORAT program to the ORAT Lead.Coaching, mentoring, and supporting the career development of GTAA staff.Develop the details of objectives, scope, dependencies and schedule of the trials master plan for all GTAA Lift programs.Responsible for the successful execution of the trials plan.Ensure trials are executed in an efficient and effective way that allows validation of newly introduced processes.QualificationsRequired Qualifications:Bachelors Degree with minimum 8 years experience in managing/leading large and complex programs.Preferred Qualifications:10 years’ experience in managing/leading large and complex programs.5 years of experience in a management position.Strong organization and communication skills.Previous experience in ORAT program(s)
