Job Description

The Quick Service Technician is responsible for completing oil changes and maintenance on customer vehicles. Our Quick Service Bay is a drive-through style service bay. Attendants will either work the customer level position or the below vehicle position.

The customer level position consists of checking fluid levels under the hood and the condition of the air filter, guiding the customer with recommendations for oil and filter replacements, and is the customer facing position.

The under vehicle position consists of draining the oil, inspecting the undercarriage, fluid conditions, and lubing all joints and bearings. This position requires an eye for detail and an ability to perform in a high paced environment.

This position is also responsible for cleaning duties in our main service shop,



and parking lot maintenance as required. And is occasionally asked to help with customer shuttles.

A key benefit to working in our oil change bay is that it is a perfect entry into our Service Technician Apprenticeship program. Employees who show an aptitude for automotive service, and who are interested in pursuing it as a career, can be signed up for our Apprenticeship program and receive GM approved training to complete their Service Technician certification while also getting paid to work for us.

Full – Time Hours:

5 Days a Week, Monday thru Saturday shifts from 7:30 am – 5:00 pm rotating

Duties and Responsibilities Required

- Perform oil changes as well as other schedule maintenance services
- Complete vehicle inspection and document all inspection forms.
- You are responsible for servicing vehicles and ensuring quality workmanship
- Ensure the service center is clean and presentable
- Parking Lot Maintenance

Job Requirements:

- Experience is an asset but we are willing to train individuals with the right attitude.
- Ability to Work in Fast Paced Environment
- Ability to work comfortably with the public
- Good organizational and detail skills
- Any tire experience is an asset
- Valid Drivers Licence and clean Drivers Abstract
