Qualifications/SkillsCurrent CNO registrationCurrent B.C.L.S. CertificateBaccalaureate in Nursing preferredMust have 2 years Critical Care experience in a Level II or Level III unitMust have previous Trauma/Neuro experience within the past 2 yearsAbility to function well in a Critical Care settingExperience working in a quick-paced environment; able to manage multipledemands and changing prioritiesDemonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients, families and co-workersExcellent assessment skillsAbility to work effectively as a team memberDemonstrated knowledge in person centre care approach and principles
