It is required for all jobs.Job Description And ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Operations Manager, the Processor plays a crucial role in the vehicle processing operation. This position involves carefully draining various fluids from cars to ensure safety and environmental compliance, as well as efficiently removing non‐ferrous materials such as aluminum and copper. The Processor will work with a variety of vehicles, employing attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols to facilitate an organized and effective processing system.Drain the appropriate automobile fluids, such as gasoline and antifreeze, to facilitate the processing of vehiclesRemove the catalytic converter from vehicles as neededKeep the work area cleanObserve and follow all safety rules and regulationsRemove tires and rims from vehiclesPerform other duties as they may be assignedRequirementsHigh School or equivalentNo experience necessary, but previous work experience in a manufacturing, production, or similar scrap yard/auto part workplace will be considered an assetMust have a Class 5 license to drive the yard vehicleKnowledge of automotive components is an assetAble to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing, walking, sitting, climbing, crawling, kneeling, bending, moderate to heavy lifting, pushing,
