LensCrafters in Vancouver is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the store in the absence of the Store Manager and act as a business owner within the marketplace. You will drive key metrics, coach the team, and ensure outstanding customer care.

You will work a versatile schedule, including nights and weekends, manage operations, support visual standards, and collaborate with doctors to maintain a high standard of care and sales. Minimum 1+ year in leadership in retail.
