more efficient ways of working, using automation and process improvements to drive operational effectiveness.Provide Strategic Insight: Use your understanding of the cold storage and logistics industry to deliver meaningful analysis and support informed decision-making.Build Strong Partnerships: Collaborate with finance leaders and stakeholders across the group to align processes, enhance reporting and support business growth.Required Skills & Qualifications:Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA or CIMA) with 2 + of relevant experience in finance or accountingComfortable with ERP systems and confident in using Excel.Hands-on approach with a readiness to take on more responsibilities and make a significant impact.
