Known for its strong community roots and commitment to quality and sustainability, this operation is seeking a hands-on Farm Operations Manager to lead equipment maintenance and shop operations.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform diagnostics, routine maintenance, and repairs on agricultural equipment, including tractors, implements, and trucksOversee day-to-day shop operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient work environmentPrioritize and assign maintenance tasks based on farm operational needsSupervise and support shop staff, including training equipment operatorsMaintain accurate service and maintenance recordsOperate farm machinery for diagnostics, testing, and training purposesWork with a range of equipment, including John Deere, Grimme,
