Key Responsibilities:
Manage the guest service switchboard and re-direct inquiries
Greet and assist guests, providing event information
Make transparent PA announcements regarding facility happenings
Maintain the Encore Rewards program and engage new members
Resolve guest issues and maintain service standards

Requirements:
High School Diploma is required
One-year experience in customer service preferred
Capable of securing a Gaming License
Available for flexible shifts, including nights
Strong interpersonal skills to exceed guest expectations
