Key Responsibilities:
Implement and evaluate resident care plans
Coordinate care assignments for nursing staff




Document medication administration according to standards
Help manage emergency responses and resident changes
Promote health education among residents and families

Requirements:
Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse
Experience in a senior's care environment preferred
Strong communication and clinical skills required
Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid necessary
Up-to-date Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening
