In this Fly-In Fly-Out role, enhance equipment performance and team engagementThis crucial role involves supervising the Reliability Team under the Maintenance Department and is pivotal for meeting operational objectives. You will implement reliability-centered maintenance strategies and coach your team to improve service standards. By analyzing KPIs and suggesting strategic actions, you will drive performance improvements and ensure compliance with safety regulations.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Reliability Team in executing maintenance strategies
- Improve reliability through RCM methods like FMEA, RCFA
- Monitor and analyze KPIs for operational improvement




- Ensure compliance with Agnico Eagle’s Health & Safety Code
- Manage team onboarding, evaluations, and performance issuesRequirements:
- At least 7 years' experience in maintenance roles
- Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) essential
- Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
- Lean Six Sigma training is advantageous
