single-family residential construction industryClear + current knowledge of the B.C. Building and Step Code & Municipal By LawsExperience with both renovation and new construction Part 9 single-family residentialExcellent communication skills and composureExcellent written and verbal command of the English languageExperience and proficiency of AutoCAD and google SketchUp in addition to other similar softwareKnowledge and understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel and other basic computer skillsUnderstanding of Worksafe BC residential construction Health & Safety GuidelinesIn this position you will be held to a high standard and must be willing to learn and expand your knowledge in this field.
