Adecco is currently hiring a Production Associate for a full-time chance in a food manufacturing setting in Delta, BC.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, thrive in a fast-paced setting, and are committed to maintaining product quality, food safety, and production standards.
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Location: Delta, BC
Shift: Monday to Sunday | 8-hour shifts | 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM | 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM | 6:00 AM - 2.30 PM
Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:
Food Production & Quality
Assemble and prepare food products according to company standards.
Ensure product quality, consistency, and accuracy throughout the production process.
Inspect products and report any quality concerns to supervisors.
Support production goals and daily output targets.

Safety & Teamwork
Follow food safety, health, and workplace safety procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production deadlines.

Qualifications and Skills:
Previous food production, food preparation, manufacturing,



or warehouse experience is an asset.
Ability to work in a refrigerated production environment.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to follow safety procedures and work effectively in a team workplace.
Reliable, punctual, and capable of working in a fast-paced setting.
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
