This includes the completion of drying, demolition, and other restoration activities.You are IICRC certified with meaningful previous experience in cleaning/restoration. You hold yourself to a high standard and care deeply about the quality of your work and its impact on customers and your team.Responsibilities:Perform production/restoration process per work order and chief crew instructionsInventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products,



and supplies needed for each projectMaintain a clean and organized vehicle along with clean equipmentPrepare rooms/areas for work activitiesLeave the job site with a clean and orderly appearanceCommunicate openly with the crew chief and other techniciansQualifications:IICRC certificationExperience in cleaning/restorationExperience serving commercial propertiesValid driver's licenseHigh school diploma/GEDPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistanceAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.G., crawls spaces, attics)Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of timeAbility to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objectsAbility to work with/around cleaning products/chemicalsAbility to travel locally and out of state when necessary
