Automation Technicians are hired at entry level and will be given the tools, responsibility, and prospect to develop throughout their careers.ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, and troubleshoot automated systems and equipment including but not limited to autonomous robots responsible for case, layer and/or pallet movementsPerform preventative maintenance and calibrations on equipmentAnalyze trends and technical data to gain insights, identify issues proactivelyEnsure optimal performance and efficiency in fulfillment of customer ordersLearn and develop mechanical, electrical, digital & software and robotics skillsBuild technical skills in othersQualificationsMinimum of a high school diploma or diploma from a Trade or Technical College in any of these fields: Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, Robotics, Engineering, and Digital/SoftwareMust be able to work shift work (Evenings, Overnight, early mornings) and potentially rotate between evenings, nights, and day shiftsAbility to work at heights, climb stairs/ladders/platforms, etc., and climb on and around equipmentAbility to work in a teamEffective communication and collaboration skillsApplied mechanical skills in an industrial environment and experience with electrical, digital/software, and robotics is an assetStrong troubleshooting, problem-solving, issue resolution, and root cause analysisPhysical RequirementsLift, lower, carry, push & pull objects up to 50 lbs.Ability to flex,



extend, and rotate neckThe ability to work at heights & climb stairs/ladders/platforms, etc., on and around equipment.Stand, sit, or walk for long periods of time.
