In this role, you will provide valuable guidance and support to job seekers, helping them navigate their career paths and achieve their employment goals.Conduct one-on-one sessions with clients to assess their employment needs and career goalsDevelop personalized action plans for job seekers, including job search strategies and career planningAssist clients with resume writing, cover letter development, and interview preparationFacilitate job search workshops and employment-related presentationsMaintain accurate client records and documentation in database systemsResearch and share information about local labor market trends and employment opportunitiesConnect clients with relevant community resources and employment programsMonitor client progress and provide ongoing support throughout their job search journeyCollaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive service deliveryMaintain updated knowledge of employment resources and job search toolsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Work, or related field0-2 years of experience in career counseling, employment services,
