Responsibilities Program

Development Designanddevelopcomprehensiveemergencyresponsetrainingprogramstailoredtovariousclientneedsandindustries.

Createtrainingmaterials,includingmanuals,presentations,andhands-onexercises,ensuringtheyareuptodatewithcurrentbestpracticesandregulatoryrequirements.

Training

Delivery Conductengagingandeffectivetrainingsessionsforclients,utilizingavarietyofinstructionaltechniquesandformats.

Facilitatebothin- personandvirtualtrainingsessions,adaptingcontentanddeliverymethodstosuitdifferent learningenvironments.

Planandconductemergencyresponsedrillsandsimulationstotestandreinforceclient preparedness.

Evaluatetheoutcomesofdrillsandprovidedetailedreportswithrecommendationsfor improvement.

Traveltoremotelocationsasrequiredforin-persontrainingsessions.

Evaluationand

Improvement Assesstheeffectivenessoftrainingprogramsthroughfeedback,evaluations,andperformancemetrics.

Continuouslyimprovetrainingprogramsbasedonclientfeedback,industrytrends,andregulatory changes.

Compliance,Certification,and

Documentation Ensurealltrainingprogramscomplywithrelevantlaws,regulations,andindustrystandards.





Assistclientsinachievingandmaintainingnecessarycertificationsandcompliancerelatedtoemergencyresponse.

Maintaindetailedrecordsoftrainingactivities,participantprogress,andprogramoutcomes.

Prepareandpresentreportsontrainingeffectivenessandareasforimprovementtoclientsandcompanymanagement.

Qualifications Advancedtrainingandexperiencein

Emergency

Management,Occupational

Aminimumof5yearsofexperienceinemergencyresponse,safetytraining,orarelatedfield.

First

Aid/CPRcertificationispreferred.
