The Private Client Services Account Manager plays a key role in managing a diverse portfolio and works closely with a collaborative team of professionals, including producers and insurance partners. You will handle renewals, process endorsements, assess risk exposures, and provide expert insurance advice to our valued clients.Knowledge, Skills and RequirementsLicensing & EducationActive RIBO license in good standing (required)Professional designations such as CAIB, CIP, etc., considered an assetIndustry Experience5+ years of Personal Lines insurance experience, with preference of experience in servicing high-value homes and automobilesFamiliar with insurers such as Chubb, Aviva Ovation, Intact Prestige (GCNA), Northbridge Onyx, or Pure Insurance is considered an assetExperience with EPIC is considered an assetTechnical & Analytical SkillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)Strong organizational skills with attention to detailProven ability to identify coverage needs and round-out accounts effectivelyInterpersonal SkillsExcellent interpersonal, presentation,



communication, and negotiation skillsDemonstrated sales ability and client relationship-building skillsTeam player with a strong work ethicCommitted to delivering professionalism and expertise to clientsCompensation Range: $65,000 to $115,000 annuallyCompensation is based on a full-time 35-hour work week and will be dependent upon the successful candidate's qualifications and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
