Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Bilingual Project Coordinator for our client.

This is an excellent remote opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who enjoys managing multiple priorities, working with clients, coordinating projects, and supporting operational teams in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent analytical and organizational skills who thrives in a collaborative setting and enjoys working with data, reporting, and project administration.

Pay Rate: $26.00 - $30.00/hour Location: Remote Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Eastern Time) Job type: Temporary |Full-time Vacancy Status: This posting is for an existing vacancy .

Here''s why you should apply: Paid weekly accurate and on time Strong health and safety programs Medical and dental benefits once qualified Free training programs New and quicker onboarding process Responsibilities: Coordinate project activities and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope Support project kick-off meetings, status reporting, deadline tracking, and project communications Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution Respond to client inquiries and maintain strong client relationships Gather, organize, and communicate client feedback and requirements Draft project documentation, business rules, scripts, website content, and program materials Prepare reports, analyze data, identify discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy Track project milestones, schedules, and deadlines Maintain accurate project records and documentation Assist with process improvements and operational support initiatives Qualifications and Skills: Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional client-facing, customer service, project coordination,



or administrative role Bachelor''s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience preferred Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken Strong verbal and written communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality Experience coordinating projects, managing timelines, and tracking deliverables Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word Experience working with databases and large volumes of information is an asset Strong documentation, reporting, and record-keeping skills Ability to prioritize competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Experience in banking, financial services, claims processing, or other detail-driven operational environments is considered an asset Working knowledge of stocks, securities, financial transactions, or investment-related processes is an asset Comfortable learning and using new technologies Collaborative team player with a growth mindset and willingness to learn Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada Looking for an chance where your organizational skills and attention to detail can make a real impact?
