About the role UR-SPACE designs and builds code-compliant micro homes and garden studios across Calgary. We're looking for an experienced finish carpenter who's ready to take ownership of a build from start to finish, not just swing a hammer, but run the job. What you'll do Act as General Contractor on our micro home builds, from groundwork through to final finish Own the schedule, the budget and the site, start to finish Complete the finish carpentry yourself: trim, millwork, cabinetry, detailing Source and manage the trades: electricians, plumbers, HVAC, concrete Coordinate suppliers, deliveries and inspections Keep the site safe, clean and organized Report progress to the project lead and flag issues before they become problems What you bring 5+ years as a finish carpenter,
