We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our Audi City Lansdowne team as a Product Specialist.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Experience & SalesWelcome and engage prospective and existing clients while delivering professional, premium dealership experience.Understand each client's needs and help identify vehicles, products, and servicesRespond to customer inquiries and follow up on leads and referrals generated through dealership activities, marketing initiatives, and events.Product DemonstrationsDevelop strong knowledge of Audi vehicles, features, technology, and available programs.Conduct engaging vehicle walk-throughs and test drives, confidently demonstrating key features and benefits.Stay current on manufacturer programs, incentives, new models, and promotions.Client RelationshipsMaintain consistent and professional communication with clients throughout their experience, from initial inquiry through vehicle delivery and post-delivery follow-up.Build lasting relationships that encourage client loyalty, referrals, and repeat business.Work closely with colleagues across the dealership to ensure seamless customer experience.Vehicle Delivery & QualityInspect vehicles prior to delivery to ensure they are clean, functional, and prepared to dealership standards.Deliver vehicles professionally and ensure clients are comfortable with key features, technology, warranty information,



and ownership resources.Training & DevelopmentComplete required Audi and Mark Motors Group training programs.Continuously develop product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service expertise.Maintain manufacturer and dealership Customer Satisfaction Index (SSI) standards.Follow all dealership policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.What We're Looking ForPrevious experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, or another client-facing environment is an asset.Automotive experience is welcome but not requiredPost-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field is considered an asset.Valid OMVIC licence, or ability to obtain one.Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record/driver's abstract.What We OfferAt Mark Motors Group, we value our employees and are committed to providing a supportive workplace with opportunities to grow.
