We are looking for a reliable and physically solid Furnace Cleaner/Manufacturing Labourer to join our client''s manufacturing team.

This is a hands-on role in a foundry environment, so the ideal candidate will be comfortable working in high-heat conditions, have a strong safety mindset, and enjoy hands-on work.

Midnight Shift | 11:00 PM 7:00 AM | $25/hour Temp-to-Perm Opportunity What You''ll Do Clean furnace wells, ramps, and surrounding areas.

Remove built-up material through scraping and chipping.

Recover metal from furnaces.

Assist with furnace filling and material handling.

Support mould heating, moulding, finishing, and other production activities.

Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.





What We''re Looking For Previous foundry, metal manufacturing, or furnace/oven-related experience is an asset.

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work.

Good upper-body strength, coordination, and attention to safety.

Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Comfortable working around heat, noise, equipment, and industrial odours.

Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Willingness to learn on-the-job training is provided.
