Summary: Location: Montreal Work Mode: Hybrid (day 1 onboarding onsite / in office presence required 3x/week) Duration: 12 Months Contract Responsibilities: Contribute to the evolution of the application through complex project tasks and strategic initiatives.

Communicate regularly with product leads across the technology organization and identify opportunities to improve existing and future technology solutions.

Partner directly with business users to gather requirements, answer questions, and deliver targeted solutions.

Collaborate with technology peers globally and ensure delivery is to the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Leverage AI-native development practices to accelerate delivery, improve quality, and reduce time to value.

Bring innovative ideas, including the use of AI tooling and automation, to help the team deliver business value more effectively.

Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience.

Solid software engineering skills with Java as the primary development language.





Experience with Type

Script and React for modern web application development.

Experience building distributed systems using technologies such as Gradle, Spring, Protocol Buffers (GPB), microservices, testing frameworks, and multithreaded programming.

Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Codex, Git

Hub Copilot, or similar platforms.

Understanding of AI-native software development practices, including context engineering, agent-assisted workflows, and the effective use of AI throughout the software development lifecycle.

Preferred Skills: Additional experience in technologies such as SQL, Python, and C# is desirable.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
