A unique chance to build a career at the intersection of law and technology!The OpportunityAs a Litigation Support Paraprofessional, you will provide specialized litigation and electronic document support to litigation legal teams. You will manage electronically stored information, administer electronic workspaces, prepare productions, and support legal teams with discovery, hearings, and trial preparation. Your work will play a key role in improving the efficiency and effectiveness within the litigation practice area.Core ResponsibilitiesAdminister preservation orders, litigation hold letters (or notices), and chains-of-custody processes, including the collection and copying of electronic evidenceOrganize, search, and review large volumes of electronic and paper documents, including relevance, privilege, duplicate identification, and quality control in accordance with best practicesPrepare documents for imaging, scan and code documentsConfigure, maintain, activate, archive, and close review databases, searches, workflows, analytics, and Continuous Active Learning processes to optimize document reviewDevelop presentation materialsCreate and edit pleadingsImport and export electronic documents, including the creation of load filesAssist with mediation, questioning, and trial preparationPrepare and send correspondence to courts, clients, and expertsCollaborate with lawyers, staff, clients, and review teams to manage eDiscovery projects, provide technical guidance, develop review strategies, allocate resources, monitor progress, and ensure timely and accurate completionAssist with troubleshooting litigation support software technical issuesDevelop, implement, and maintain eDiscovery protocols, procedures, quality control measures,
