Our Snow Removal Teams tackle whatever Mother Nature throws at us with grit, teamwork, and the occasional snowball dodge.

Were looking for reliable, physically fit individuals who dont mind a crisp morning, a little fresh air in their lungs, and a friendly competition over who can move the most snow in an hour.

It wont always be glamorous.

There will be late nights, long hours, and the kind of why am I awake right now? moments that only winter can deliver.

But youll be part of a team that has each others backs,



celebrates small wins, and finds humour in the snowiest of situations.

What Youll Need G license (preferred G2 also considered) Reliable transportation to and from job sites (shovels dont come with wheels) Open availability for on-call work (snow doesnt follow a schedule) A mobile phone for communication Ability to work independently and as part of a team A good attitude, a strong back, and a sense of humour when the flakes start flying Compensation $20$25/hour, based on experience and reliability Guaranteed Pay Options* during the snow season Paid bi-weekly Chance for full-time, year-round employment if desired at the end of the contract
