Job Description Pidherneys Inc. is seeking an experienced and highly organized Lowboy Logistics Coordinator to support the planning and execution of our daily transportation operations.

This position plays a key role in coordinating employees, equipment and schedules to ensure operational requirements and customer commitments are met efficiently.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a rapid-paced and continuously changing environment.

Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily lowboy operations, including scheduling, routing and journey management planning.

Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, providing direction and coordinating daily work requirements.

Monitor the execution of scheduled work and adjust plans as operational requirements change.

Coordinate with management to address scheduling conflicts, routing concerns, fleet requirements and contingency planning.

Maintain accurate operational records, including employee shift activity, attendance, documentation and data entry.

Communicate effectively with customers,



employees and management to support service expectations and operational commitments.

Identify and resolve day-to-day operational challenges in a timely and effective manner.

Prioritize multiple responsibilities while adapting to changing schedules, workloads and operational demands.

Maintain working knowledge of applicable Employment Standards and company policies and procedures.

Represent Pidherneys Inc. professionally and courteously in all interactions.

Must reside in the Blackfalds area or be willing to relocate.

Perform other related duties as required.
