Beyond creating scroll‐stopping content, you understand why content works, how platforms prioritize it, and how to align video execution with business and marketing goals.You are confident not only filming and editing content, but also building and presenting a clear social media plan that outlines how you will drive growth, engagement, and other key performance indicators (KPIs). You're comfortable using data, trends, and platform insights to continuously optimize content performance.Hands‐on video content creation experience is required.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGContent Creation & ExecutionCreate social‐first video content from concept to final editFilm high‐quality brand, product, lifestyle, and in‐store contentBe comfortable appearing on camera (talking to camera, trends, demos, BTS)Edit short‐form and vertical content optimized for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTubeApply strong fundamentals in framing, angles, pacing, composition, and storytellingDevelop and execute social media content strategies aligned with brand goals and campaign objectivesTranslate marketing briefs and KPIs into explicit video concepts and content plansPresent a structured approach to hitting performance targets (e.G. reach, engagement, growth, CTR, conversions where applicable)Analyze content performance and platform insights to optimize future contentStay current on social trends, formats,
