We have a position available with a great property management group in Lindsay, Ontario.

Our client is looking for someone local to assist with basic building maintenance.

You live in the area, and will have a regular shift, but you''re also okay being ''on call'' based on a rotational basis with the building manager; in case of emergencies, such as water leak, etc.

For the most part, this is a daytime position close to the river of a 162 unit apartment building.

This is a great opportunity to work in a unique environment with lots of variety in your day to day tasks.

You will be ensuring the building is kept to a high standard of cleanliness, and high touch points are kept sanitized for the safety of everyone! This is a temporary to permanent role.
