Your problem-solving skills, strong interpersonal abilities, keen attention to detail, and aptitude for working with technology will enable you to thrive in this role.ResponsibilitiesHere are the responsibilities you will take on when you join our team:Gather the documentation required to create new employee records in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), set up employee files, submit IT equipment and access requests, and support HR Business Partners throughout the onboarding processMaintain up-to-date employee records by making the necessary changes in the HRIS and other internal systemsParticipate in the pre-processing of payroll data, including entering information related to expense reports, bonuses, deductions, and other payroll-related itemsProvide administrative support for the annual performance review processPrepare various reports and documents for the Payroll team and managersContribute to the continuous improvement and updating of HR processes and proceduresDraft and revise letters and other documents in both French and EnglishParticipate in a variety of HR projects and initiatives, while ensuring the required administrative follow-ups are completedQualificationsHold a college diploma or attestation in Office Administration or another relevant fieldHave 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar roleBe fluent in French and English,
