This is a regular, full-time union position with a full union compensation package. The Refrigeration Construction Foreman will report to the Construction Manager and will provide field staff with technical support helping to ensure a smooth turnover from the construction phase to service.Responsibilities:Lead a team of refrigeration technicians and apprentices, ensuring proper training, guidance, and support.Uphold safety standards on job sites, ensuring adherence to company safety policies and Ontario regulationsCarefully read and interpret blueprints to ensure proper specifications are being followedAccurately measure and layout plan for installationAssemble and install refrigeration systems, cold storage units,
