SUMMARY: This position is a vital part of the construction team which designs, constructs, repairs, and maintains structures using various types of materials and is responsible for the full range of rough and finished skilled carpentry work.RESPONSIBILITIESDesign, construct, remodel, retrofit and repair interior and exterior structures made of wood, drywall, plaster, concrete or brickWork with instructions and/or blueprints from Site SuperintendentUtilize chisels, planes saws, drills and sanders to repair and erect structuresJoin materials with nails, screws, staples or adhesivesWork on top of stilts, ladders, and top beams of buildingsCheck work progress to ensure that it meets quality standards, codes and specificationsUse levels, rules, framing squares, and surveying equipment to ensure everything is level and secureWork with pre-fabricated buildingsBuild stairs and other structuresCreate structures for pouring concreteErect scaffoldingInstall partitions,
