Job Description Consistently provide professional, friendly and engaging service Assist guests regarding menu items and dietary requests in an informative and helpful manner Take and enter into POS System all In-Room Dining orders Pick up orders efficiently from the kitchen Check outgoing orders for quality and accuracy of set up Deliver food & beverage orders in a timely and accurate manner Have full knowledge of all food & beverage menu items, garnishes, ingredients and preparation methods Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage Other duties as assigned Qualifications Previous Food & Beverage service experience preferred Previous Point of Sale System experience preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Robust interpersonal and problem solving abilities Highly responsible & reliable Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Ability to work cohesively as part of a team Ability to focus attention on guest needs,



remaining calm and courteous at all times BC Serving It Right Certificate required prior to commencing employment Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, overnights, weekendsand holidays Additional Information Canadian work authorization.
