Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual health concerns and treatment goals
- Develop customized acupuncture treatment plans based on patient needs and medical history
- Perform acupuncture procedures using sterile needles, ensuring safety and comfort at all times
- Educate patients on the benefits of acupuncture, post-treatment care, and lifestyle adjustments
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care




- Stay current with advancements in acupuncture techniques and related medical terminology to enhance treatment quality

Qualifications

- Proven experience working as an acupuncturist, preferably within a hospital or clinical setting
- Strong commitment to patient care, demonstrating empathy and excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to holistic health practices and acupuncture treatments
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Certification or licensing as required by local health authorities for practicing acupuncture
- Prior experience in hospital environments is highly desirable, showcasing adaptability in fast-paced settings

Pay: $50.00-$150.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12.0 – 30.0 per week
