Titre / Title: Analyste d'affaires – PMO as a Service / Business Analyst – PMO

Durée / Duration: 12 mois avec possibilité de renouvellement – 35 heures/semaine / 12 months with possibility of renewal – 35 hours/week

Lieu / Location: Montréal, centre-ville – 1- 2 journées par semaine au bureau de Montréal, avec déplacements occasionnels à Sherbrooke / Downtown Montreal – 1- 2 days per week at the Montreal office, with occasional travel to Sherbrooke

Le candidat doit posséder les qualifications suivantes :

- Baccalauréat en administration des affaires, systèmes d'information ou autre discipline pertinente.
- 5 à 8 années d'expérience minimum comme Analyste d'affaires.
- Expérience significative dans un contexte de transformation organisationnelle, d'amélioration continue ou au sein d'un PMO.
- Expérience dans l'animation d'ateliers avec des parties prenantes d'affaires et technologiques.
- Excellente maîtrise de la modélisation et de l'optimisation des processus As-Is / To-Be.
- Maîtrise d'outils de modélisation de processus tels que Visio ou Lucidchart.
- Bonne compréhension des possibilités offertes par les technologies émergentes, notamment l'IA et l'automatisation des processus.
- Expérience avec des outils tels que Jira, ServiceNow et Confluence.
- Aisance avec les concepts d'analyse de données.
- Bilinguisme français/anglais,

Atouts
- Certification en analyse d'affaires telle que CBAP ou PMI-PBA.




- Expérience dans un environnement fonctionnant selon une approche PMO as a Service.
- Expérience avec des initiatives d'automatisation ou d'intelligence artificielle appliquées aux processus d'affaires.
- Expérience en BI, tableaux de bord ou définition d'indicateurs de performance.
- Connaissance des enjeux de gouvernance des données.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or another relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Significant experience in organizational transformation, continuous improvement, or within a PMO.
- Experience facilitating workshops with business and technology stakeholders.
- Excellent proficiency in As-Is / To-Be process modeling and optimization.
- Proficiency with process modeling tools such as Visio or Lucidchart.
- Positive understanding of the opportunities offered by emerging technologies, particularly AI and process automation.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, and Confluence.
- Familiarity with data analysis concepts.
- Bilingual in French and English.

Assets

- Business analysis certification such as CBAP or PMI-PBA.
- Experience in a PMO-as-a-Service environment.
- Experience with automation or artificial intelligence initiatives applied to business processes.
- Experience with business intelligence (BI), dashboards, or the definition of performance indicators.
- Knowledge of data governance issues.
