Responsibilities

Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies

Overseeing advertising department operations and staff members

Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget, and tactics

Liaise with clients to establish their needs

Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts

Working with staff members, clients, or an ad agency to establish and meet project goals, budgets, and timelines

Communicate with the social media team and marketing department to plan content

Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments

Monitoring project progress, from planning to execution, to ensure it remains focused and effective

Establish and maintain relationships with clients

Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management

Negotiating contract specifications and terms with clients or other external parties

Approach media outlets to negotiate advertising opportunities

Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events

Participating in the hiring and evaluation of employees within the advertising department

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar A minimum of 2 years experience in a relevant field; management experience may be preferred





Proven track record designing and executing successful public relations campaigns at both a local and national level

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software such as HubSpot Marketing and Bitrix24

Understanding of design and marketing principles and techniques

Strong relationships with both local and national business and industry media outlets

Ability to strategize and plan campaigns in advance

Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities

Decisiveness and solid problem-solving skills, especially under pressure
