Isabella’s is looking to hire two new baristas/Front of House staff at our Yonge Eglinton Centre location!

We are looking to work with people that are optimistic, good at creating welcoming environments, skilled at making cafe drinks, have customer service experience and are comfortable solving problems in a thoughtful way.

If you’re a people person that loves a sweet treat, is able to work in people-focused environments, and has 1 year of barista experience, you’re kind of the perfect fit for this! We want to hire YOU to join our team! This would be a role good role for someone that wants to:

What you’ll do:

- Deliver warm, personalized hospitality to every guest - you’re the reason people start their day with a smile
- Take and prepare orders with accuracy, energy, and a bit of flair
- Master our curated drink menu, including staple café favourites and ever-evolving seasonal features
- Craft each beverage with care - from silky lattes to our signature iced matcha creations - and pair them with our famous donuts
- Take donut orders and support customers when making flavour selection




- Keep the café environment sparkling, stocked, and flowing smoothly
- Confidently manage payments and transactions with precision and a friendly attitude
- Jump into opening and closing tasks with ease, making sure each shift starts and ends strong
- Tackle guest needs and feedback with grace, thoughtfulness, and a problem-solving mindset
- Show up as an enthusiastic ambassador for the Isabella’s brand - you make every interaction count

Your experiences and skills:

We’re looking for someone who has one year of barista experience/customer service and thrives in people-focused environments – you love making connections and brightening someone’s day.

Also, in this role, you will be:
- Standing for extended periods of time
- Lifting trays, boxes, and other essentials as needed
- Moving quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Working around heat (ovens, coffee machines) and noise (busy shop, espresso grinders)
- Eating many delish donuts

Job Type:

Part-time (15 - 30 hours per week) or full time (40 hours) available

Note

- You must be legally entitled to work in Canada. Start date is flexible, with preference given to those that can start immediately.
- This position is for the Isabella’s Yonge Eglinton Centre location only.

Pay: $17.95-$19.51 per hour
