Building Manager | North Shore portfolio | Circa 250 lots | Mix of strata, BTR & commercial assets | Up to $110K + Super. 22nd September, 2026 An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Building Manager to take ownership of a diverse North Shore portfolio of approximately 250 lots. Working across residential strata, mixed-use, commercial and Build-to-Rent assets, this is a varied, hands‑on role offering plenty of autonomy and exposure across multiple asset classes. The Role As Building Manager, you will take ownership of the day‑to‑day operations of the portfolio, acting as a key point of contact for residents, tenants, contractors and other stakeholders. Oversee the day‑to‑day management of approximately 250 lots across Lane Cove & Lindfield Coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance and repairs Manage contractors,



trades and service providers Conduct building inspections and oversee presentation and common areas Build solid relationships with residents, tenants and key stakeholders Assist with compliance, WHS and general building requirements Manage building requests through MYBOS and BuildingLink Maintain accurate building records and reporting About You Experience across strata, mixed‑use, BTR or commercial assets Strong maintenance and contractor management skills Excellent communication and relationship‑building ability Proactive, hands‑on and solutions‑focused approach MYBOS and/or BuildingLink experience highly regarded Ability to travel between Lane Cove and Lindfield The Opportunity Offering up to $110K + Super , this is a fantastic opportunity to manage a manageable circa 250‑lot North Shore portfolio with plenty of variety and autonomy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
