We are currently looking for 2 Powder Coaters to join our team.

We are also open to considering an experienced Lead Hand for this position, particularly candidates with previous supervisory or team-lead experience.

Schedule Monday Thursday: 6:00 AM 3:00 PM Friday: 6:00 AM 12:00 PM Duties & Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and completing other preparation as required.

Apply paint/powder using spray guns and related equipment, ensuring even coverage and a smooth, consistent finish.

Safely and efficiently operate a variety of power tools and hand tools.

Inspect finished products and perform quality checks to ensure work meets company standards.

Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work area.

Follow all workplace safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets while maintaining high-quality standards.

For Lead Hand candidates, provide day-to-day guidance and support to team members and assist with coordinating workflow as required.





Skills & Qualifications Previous experience as an industrial painter, powder coater, or in a similar manufacturing/finishing role is preferred.

Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to understand measurements and mixing ratios.

Comfortable and competent using power tools and hand tools.

Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently.

Lead Hand candidates: Previous supervisory, team-lead, or production leadership experience is an asset.

Compensation $20.00$30.00 per hour , depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
