Job ResponsibilitiesSupport Maintenance Manager in all areas to ensure efficient and safe operation of the Maintenance DepartmentEffectively plan, budget and lead the execution of Maintenance Projects including quotes, capital requests, cross‐functional team involvement and timeline/resource coordinationDevelop departmental goals and objectives with the Maintenance Manager. Implement and maintain an effective tracking and measurable report‐out methodology, with action plans for meeting targets.Plan and maintain a Preventative Maintenance program on all production and support equipment (Injection Moulding Machines, Assembly equipment)Implement skills training and development programs/plans for all maintenance staff, including mentorship, classroom and on‐the‐job trainingWork with appropriate team members to develop and execute an effective equipment optimization strategyTake a lead role in Continuous Improvement initiatives relating to equipment and plant improvementsAssist the Management team in strategic planning for further growth/improvementSupport maintenance department in predictive maintenance programPerform all job functions in a safe and healthful manner, abiding by all health, safety and environmental rules and regulations, promoting safety in the workplaceComply with the requirements of CTPAT/PIPConduct business in an ethical manner in compliance with the Magna Code of ConductReport all accidents/incidents and unsafe conditions/behaviorAdhere to applicable quality systems and IATF 16949 standardsAdhere to and promote the Employee Charter and work within the rules,
