We are seeking a versatile Administrative & Customer Service Specialist to join our Shaw Brick team in Moncton, NB. In this hybrid role,



you will be the backbone of our daily operations - serving as the first point of contact for our valued contractors and clients while managing the critical administrative and logistical operations that keeps our business moving and our customers coming back. Core Responsibilities Contractor & Customer Care: Greet walk-in contractors and clients, answer multi-line phone inquiries, take accurate material orders, and provide clear product information. Order Processing & Invoicing: Input contractor orders, generate quotes, process payments, and manage invoices using our point-of-sale and inventory system. Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with the warehouse team and dispatch drivers to ensure accurate, on-time deliveries and order pick-ups. Office Administration: Maintain accurate digital and physical files, reconcile daily sales receipts, manage office supplies, and support the branch management team with basic clerical tasks.
