Factors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant Location: Remote, Canada (needs to work on EST or AST Time zone, ideally looking for Ontario, Current Brunswick or Nova Scotia based candidates) Contract

Certification in two or more Success

Factors modules (Employee Central Payroll preferred).

Must have Implementation experience in SAP Employee Central Payroll.

Must have experience completing at least two payroll implementations.

Payroll experience, including complex tax configuration and reporting.

Previous experience or knowledge of multiple Human Resources, Time Tracking, and Evaluation systems.

Knowledge Required: In-depth understanding of HR and payroll functions and business processes.

Advanced capacity to write complex Payroll Schema and Rules.

Deep knowledge of Payroll Integration.

Knowledge of the Payroll Control Center.





Advanced understanding of HR functions and business processes.

Advanced knowledge of Success

Factors ECP product.

Excellent communication skills to attentively listen and effectively communicate with clients.

Ability to assess and optimize client solutions using existing knowledge of system functionality and best practices.

Strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills.

Excellent time management and attention to detail.

Desired Qualifications Country-specific Payroll Association certification or equivalent expertise. (CAD or USA) Prior experience in a functional or technical consulting role.
