This role will support multiple and varied business units to ensure proper documentation, payment and resolution of customer relationship. This role uses critical thinking and problem solving skills to resolve contractual and procedural customer issues that are complex and unique in nature. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
