We're looking for a technology-minded, customer-focused individual to join our growing support team. Whether you're assisting restaurant operators, retail managers, or business owners, you'll play a key role in helping our customers get the most from their technology.

What You'll Do

- Provide phone, email, and remote support to customers
- Troubleshoot POS systems, payment terminals, printers, and related technology
- Document and manage support tickets
- Assist with software setup, configuration, and upgrades
- Escalate complex issues when required
- Deliver exceptional customer service in both English and French
- Support on-site installations and service visits as needed
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development

What We're Looking For

- Bilingual in English and French (required)




- 1+ year of technical support, help desk, or customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working rotational shifts
- Reliable transportation

Technical Experience Experience with any of the following is an asset:

- POS systems and payment solutions
- Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
- Networking fundamentals (Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS)
- Remote support tools
- PCs, tablets, receipt printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices
- Hospitality, restaurant, or retail technology environments
